✅ There is a high prevalence of HDV infection among patients who test positive for HBsAg in Khorramabad. Therefore, assessing the prevalence of HDV in HBsAg-positive patients can aid in ensuring timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment for these individuals.

✅  This study highlights the suitability of mupirocin and Abukhalsa ointments for the studied phages, sustaining their activity beyond the ETT for 24 hours. PA6 and PA32 (jumbo phage) were more stable than PA45 in both ointments tested. These findings emphasize the potency of further investigations for an effective topical combination treatment option in burn wound infections.

✅ The outcomes of this investigation have unveiled that EBNA1 has the ability to trigger the expression of four crucial cellular genes, which wield substantial influence in the genesis of GBM within glioblastoma astrocytoma cells. This underscores the potential impact of EBNA1 on the evolution of GBM, particularly in individuals harboring EBV.

✅ This is the first study conducted in Morocco to investigate the prevalence of colistin resistance among clinical isolates, and it has revealed the first three mcr-1 genes circulating in Morocco. This could lead to the dissemination of these genes throughout Morocco.

✅ The present study reports on the genetic analysis of the rdxA gene showing DNA sequence diversity. Two amino acid insertions in the NADPH gene are a unique finding, and their effect on antibacterial-resistant phenotype needs to be investigated in future studies.

✅ The findings revealed that honey has the capacity to curb the growth and survival of parasites, positioning it as a potential subject for research in both animals and humans.

✅ According to self-reported results, smell dysfunction was the most prevalent symptom. The results of ISIT were compared with the CT scan and RT-PCR which were performed by the hospital’s laboratory.
