چکیده:   (2082 مشاهده)
بیماری کرونا ۲۰۱۹ (COVID-۱۹) یک عفونت ویروسی کشنده است که در اثر نقص ایمنی منجر به مرگ می‌شود. بنابراین، بررسی عوامل موثر بر سیستم ایمنی باید مدنظر قرار گیرد. به‌خوبی ثابت شده که جلسات منظم تمرین ورزشی با شدت متوسط به‌مدت حداکثر یک ساعت، از طریق اثرات ضد التهابی و آنتی‌اکسیدانی موجب تقویت عملکردهای سیستم ایمنی می‌شود. به‌علاوه، یک رژیم غذایی حاوی غذاهای کاربردی و مغذی نیز برای کمک به سیستم ایمنی نیاز است. در اینجا، ما اطلاعات موجود در مورد اینکه چگونه تمرین ورزشی و عوامل تغذیه‌ای به تقویت سیستم ایمنی در برابر عفونت‌های مختلف کمک می‌کند، خلاصه کرده‌ایم. مهم‌تر از آن، این مقاله مروری راهنمایی‌های عملی و ارزشمندی را برای بزرگسالان کم‌تحرک و ورزشکاران غیرحرفه‌ای در مورد نحوه انجام تمرینات هوازی و مقاومتی و تمرینات کششی در خانه بدون نیاز به انواع خاصی از تجهیزات در طول شیوع سویه دلتای COVID-۱۹ ارائه می‌دهد. همچنین، برخی ملاحظات تغذیه‌ای مرتبط با تمرینات ورزشی در خصوص نحوه مصرف کربوهیدرات‌ها، فیبرها، ویتامین‌ها، زینک و اسیدهای چرب امگا-۳ بیان شده که به ایجاد بهتر سازگاری‌های و بهبود پاسخ‌های ایمنی کمک می‌کند.
