زمینه و اهداف:  تب روده به دلیل عدم وجود روش‌های تشخیصی قاطع، باعث مشکلات جدی سلامتی و مرگ و میر و ناخوشی قابل توجهی در سطح جهان می‌شود. توانایی روشی که اغلب استفاده می شود برای تأیید عدم وجود تب روده قابل بحث است. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی ویژگی و حساسیت تشخیص تیفوئید برای ایجاد تکنیک‌های تشخیصی بسیار دقیق و توصیه مرجع کامپوزیتی استاندارد شده مناسب انجام  شد.
مواد و روش کار:  مقالات منتشر شده در نمایه های Google Scholar، MEDLINE و PubMed برای یافته های بیمارستانی بررسی شدند. برای تعیین تفاوت در میانگین درصد ویژگی و حساسیت، از آزمون تی مستقل استفاده شده است.
یافته ها:  از ۴۳۲ مقاله شناسایی شده در این مطالعه، ۵۳ مقاله در تجزیه و تحلیل استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد که تکنیک‌های Widal دقت متوسطی را با درصد میانگین ویژگی (۵۵%)، حساسیت (۵۳/۸%)، ارزش اخباری مثبت ۵۷/۸% و ارزش اخباری منفی ۵۵/۶% در مقایسه با ۲۸%، ۲۹/۴%، ۲۹/۵% نشان می‌دهند. و ۲۷/۸% از Typhidot به ترتیب ۳۴/۴ درصد از مطالعات از طرح مطالعه آینده نگر استفاده کردند. نتایج نشان داد که بین حساسیت تیفیدوت و ویدال در p<۰.۰۵ ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری وجود دارد. این یافته همچنین آزمایش‌های تشخیصی تب روده‌ای مانند بیومارکرهای پروتئین، بیومارکرهای متابولیت، بیومارکرهای اسید نوکلئیک و ژنومیک را ارائه کرد. آنتی ژن هایی که به طور منظم مورد سنجش قرار می گیرند لیپوپلی ساکاریدها (LPS) و همولیزین E (HlyE) هستند. بیشترین ویژگی ۹۶ درصد و حساسیت ۹۶ درصد در آنتی LPS IgA به دست آمد.
نتیجه‌گیری:  بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، توصیه می شود که از روش کشت خون و ویدال با حساسیت ۶۰ درصد و ۵۳/۸ درصد به عنوان استاندارد مرجع کامپوزیتی هماهنگ شده برای تشخیص تب روده برای بهبود و ارزیابی شیوع استفاده شود.
