زمینه و اهداف:  فناوری اطلاعات سلامت به افراد در پیشگیری از کرونا کمک می‌کند. تابحال چندین برنامه فناوری اطلاعات سلامت برای جلوگیری از کروناویروس در جهان توسعه یافته است. با این حال، سطح کیفیت این برنامه‌ها نامشخص است. به این ترتیب، هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی قابلیت استفاده از برنامه تلفن همراه ماسک است که برای مبارزه با کووید-۱۹ طراحی شده است.
مواد و روش کار:  در این مطالعه برنامه تلفن همراه ماسک در دو مرحله ارزیابی می‌شود. در مرحله اول، ۵ متخصص با استفاده از ۱۰ اصل کلی جایکوب نیلسن، و در مرحله دوم، ۱۲۴ کاربر با استفاده از پرسشنامه کاربرد پذیری سیستم (SUS) برنامه را ارزیابی کردند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۲ استفاده شد.
یافته ها:  برنامه کاربردی ماسک در ارزیابی که توسط متخصصان انجام شد، در پیشگیری از خطا و انعطاف پذیری و کارآیی ضعیف بود. در روش سنجش مبتنی بر کاربران، امتیاز استفاده از این برنامه ۸۹ از ۱۰۰ بود که برابر است با سطح عالی و درجه A.
نتیجه‌گیری:  نتایج نشان داد که قابلیت استفاده از برنامه تلفن همراه ماسک برای پیشگیری از کووید-۱۹ بسیار عالی بود. همچنین توسعه دهندگان برنامه‌های تلفن همراه سلامت محور می‌توانند از یافته‌های این مطالعه برای بهبود طراحی و توسعه برنامه‌های کاربردی سلامت محور خود در دستیابی به نتایج مطلوب‌تر استفاده کنند.
