زمینه و هدف: تحلیل هم‌واژگانی، براساس هم‌رخدادی واژگان، به‌عنوان یکی از تکنیک‌های مهم علم‌سنجی و کتابسنجی، امکان تحلیل محتوای مدارک علمی قلمروهای مشخص پژوهشی را فراهم می‌آورد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر دیداری‌سازی خوشه‌ها و پویایی قلمروی موضوعی HPV است.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی است که با روش تحلیل هم‌رخدادی واژگان که از روش‌های علم‌سنجی است با رویکرد تحلیلی انجام‌ شده است. کلیدواژه‏های مقالات نمایه‌شده در وب‏گاه علم در قلمروی موضوعی HPV بین سال‏های ۱۳۹۲ تا ۱۳۹۶، جامعه مقاله حاضر هستند. تحلیل‏های آماری و هم‌رخدادی واژگان روی ۱۷۲۷۸ کلیدواژه ۱۳۲۴۹ مقاله انجام گردید. پس از انجام فرآیند یکدست‏سازی واژگان، نقطه برش مشخص و برای تحلیل و آماده‌سازی داده¬ها و نیز ترسیم نقشه‌ها، از نرم‌افزارهای یو.سی.آی.نت(UCINET)، VOSviewer (نسخه ۱.۶.۱۱) و SPSS  نسخۀ ۱۶ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: کلیدواژۀ «CERVICAL CANCER» دارای بیشترین فراوانی و با CERVICAL INTRAEPITHELIAL NEOPLASIA زوج هم‌واژگانی است. بیشتر مطالعات HPV در ناحیه ۳ نمودار راهبردی یعنی موضوعات نوپدید و یا روبه‌زوال قرار دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: تحلیل هم‌رخدادی واژگان، ابزار مناسب و قدرتمندی است که در کشف و دیداری‌سازی علم و دانش، ردیابی علوم، سیر پویایی مفهومی و تعیین و تحلیل نواحی مورد پژوهش در قلمرو‌های موضوعی کمک بسیاری به برنامه‌ریزان و سیاست‌گذاران پژوهشی می‌کند.
