fa شیوع سرمی IgG ضدویروس واریسلا زوستر در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل: اهمیت واکسیناسیون در زنان سنین باروری (95-1394) ویروس شناسی پزشکی Medical Virology مقاله کوتاه پژوهشی Brief Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> آبله‌مرغان بیماری بسیار مسری است که عامل آن ویروس <em>واریسلا زوستر</em> </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">(Varicella Zoster Virus; VZV)</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> است. اگرچه، آبله‌مرغان یک بیماری خودمحدودشونده است، اما ممکن است منجر به عوارض بسیار جدی شود<strong>.</strong> هدف اصلی این مطالعه برآورد شیوع سرمی آنتی‌بادی‌های </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">IgG</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> در برابر ویروس <em>واریسلا زوستر</em> در دانشجویان و به‌ویژه دانشجویان دختر در سن قبل از ازدواج، در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ کار:</span></strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> ۲۷۰</span> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;">دانشجو</span> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;">وارد</span> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;">مطالعه</span> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;">شدند</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">.</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> پس از تکمیل رضایت‌نامۀ کتبی، اطلاعات دموگرافیک به‌همراه ۵ میلی‌لیتر نمونه خون جمع‌آوری شد. نمونه‌های سرم پس از جداسازی، با آزمون الایزا (</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">ELISA</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">) از نظر سطح سرمی </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">IgG</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> علیه ویروس <em>واریسلا زوستر</em> بررسی شدند.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></strong> <strong><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">و نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;">از ۲۷۰ دانشجوی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل، ۱۹۷ نفر زن و ۷۳ نفر مرد بودند. از ۱۹۷ دانشجوی زن شرکت‌کننده، ۱۴۵ دانشجو (۷۳/۶درصد) مجرد و در سن باروری بودند. ۱۷/۳درصد از دانشجویان زن و ۸/۲درصد از دانشجویان مرد منفی بوده و به ویروس <em>واریسلا زوستر</em> حساسیت دارند. همچنین، ۷/۹درصد از مردان مجرد و ۲۰/۷درصد از زنان مجرد نسبت به این ویروس غیرایمن هستند. بالاترین میزان افراد حساس به ویروس <em>واریسلا زوستر</em> مربوط به گروه سنی ۲۱-۱۸ سال است. بنابراین، بیش از ۲۰درصد دانشجویان زن مجرد، نسبت به ویروس <em>واریسلا زوستر</em> حساس هستند که می‌تواند از حیث امکان آلودگی آنها در دوران بارداری و عوارض خطرناک حائز اهمیت باشد، لذا توصیه می‌شود دانشجویان غیرایمن، به‌ویژه دانشجویان زن، پیش از ورود به بخش‌های بالینی واکسینه شوند.</span><br> &nbsp;</span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Chickenpox is a highly contagious disease caused by infection with Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV)<strong>. </strong>Although it is usually a self-limited disease, but severe complications may occasionally occur. The aim of this study was to investigate the seroprevalence of VZV antibody among students of Babol University of Medical Sciences especially female students in reproductive age.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>270 students were enrolled to our study. After signing a written informed consent, demographic data and 5 ml blood sample were collected from each participant. Following serum isolation, each serum sample was assessed by ELISA technique for VZV IgG.<br> <strong>Results and Conclusion: </strong>Of two hundred and seventy students, 197 were female and 73 were male. Out of female students, 145 students (73.6%) were single and in reproductive age. 17.3% of female students and 8.2% of male students were seronegative and susceptible to VZV infection. Besides, 7.9% of unmarried male students and 20.7% of unmarried female students were susceptible to VZV infection. The highest susceptibility to VZV was seen in 18-21 years age group. Therefore, more than 20% of unmarried female students were susceptible to VZV, which can be important regarding infection during pregnancy and subsequent severe complications.
