fa اهمیت روش های مولکولی در شناسایی و مطالعات فیلوژنیک مایکوباکتریوم های محیطی میکروب شناسی مولکولی Molecular Microbiology نامه به سردبیر Letter to the Editor <p dir="RTL">امروزه با توجه به افزایش بیماران نقص سیستم ایمنی (سرطان، دریافت‌کنندگان پیوند و ایدز) عفونت‌های حاصل از مایکوباکتریوم های محیطی در حال افزایش است. ازآنجایی‌که تظاهرات بالینی عفونت‌های ریوی مایکوباکتریوم های محیطی و بیماری سل مشابه هستند و با توجه به اینکه رژیم‌درمانی عفونت‌های <em>مایکوباکتریوم های محیطی</em> و <em>مایکوباکتریوم توبرکلوزیس</em> متفاوت است؛ لذا شناسایی و افتراق گونه‌های <em>مایکوباکتریوم</em> امری ضروری به‌حساب می‌آید. روش‌های مولکولی ابزار مفیدی جهت تشخیص و افتراق گونه‌های <em>مایکوباکتریوم</em> می‌باشد.</p> <p>Due to immune deficiency diseases (cancer, transplant recipients and HIV) environmental mycobacteria infections are increasing. Forasmuch as the clinical symptons of environmental mycobacteria lung infections and tuberculosis are similar, due to difference of diet therapy between environmental mycobacterium infections and <em>Mycobacterium</em> <em>tuberculosis</em>, it is necessary to identify and differentiate <em>Mycobacterium</em> species.
