‫ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ داﻣﭙﺮوی وارد آورﻧﺪ. ﻋﻠﯿﺮﻏﻢ آﻧﮑﻪ ﺗﺎ ﮐﻨﻮن ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎ ت ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻓﺮاوان و ﭘﺮاﮐﻨﺪه ای ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺤﻘﻘﯿﻦ‬
‫اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ در ﻣﻮرد اﯾﻦ دو ﺑﯿﻤﺎری و ﻧﺎﻗﻠﯿﻦ آﻧﻬﺎ در ﮐﺸﻮر اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ اﻣﺎ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﮐﻨﻮﻧﯽ اﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻄﻮر دﻗﯿﻖ روﺷﻦ‬
‫ﻧﯿﺴﺖ ﻟﺬا ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﻻﺗﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺎﮐﻨﻮن در ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﺑﺰﯾﻮز و ﺗﯿﻠﺮﯾﻮز و ﭘﺮاﮐﻨﺪﮐﯽ ﮐﻨﻪ ﻫﺎی‬
                                                                             ‫ﻧﺎﻗﻞ در اﯾﺮان ﺑﻪ ﭼﺎپ رﺳﯿﺪه اﻧﺪ ﺑﻮد.‬ &lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;روش ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ:&lt;/b&gt; اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻧﻮع ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﺮوری (‪ (Systematic Review‬ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ را‬
‫ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه در ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﻫﺎی ﺟﺴﺘﺠﻮی ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻧﻈﯿﺮ ‬‬
‫‪   ‪  Sciencedirect ،Pubmed ،Google Scholar Magiran ،ISI ،IranMedex ‬و ﻏﯿﺮه و در ﻣﺤﺪوده زﻣﺎﻧﯽ 1960 ﺗﺎ 2010 و ﻣﺤﺪوده ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ داده اﺳﺖ‬. ‫ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﻫﺎی اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ ﺧﻼﺻﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﮐﻨﮕﺮه ﻫﺎی داﺧﻠﯽ و ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ در دﺳﺘﺮس ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.‬
&lt;br&gt;‫&lt;b&gt;ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ:&lt;/b&gt; ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﻣﻨﺘﺸﺮ ﺷﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ در اﯾﺮان، 7 ﺟﻨﺲ ﮐﻨﻪ ﺳﺨﺖ ﻧﺎﻗﻞ ﺑﺎﺑﺰﯾﺎ و ﺗﯿﻠﺮﯾﺎ ﺣﻀﻮر‬
‫داﺷﺘﻪ و اﻏﻠﺐ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت در ﻣﻮرد ﭘﺮاﮐﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﻨﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺳﺨﺖ در اﻗﻠﯿﻢ ﺣﺎﺷﯿﻪ درﯾﺎی ﺧﺰر ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ‬
‫ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﺑﺮ روی ﮔﻮﺳﻔﻨﺪ و ﻣﺘﻌﺎﻗﺒﺎً ﺷﺎﯾﻊ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی اﻧﮕﻞ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ &lt;i&gt;ﺑﺎﺑﺰﯾﺎ اووﯾﺲ&lt;/i&gt; و &lt;i&gt;ﺗﯿﻠﺮﯾﺎ ﻟﺴﺘﻮﮐﻮآردی&lt;/i&gt; ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.‬
                                                ‫ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﯿﻮع ﺑﺎﺑﺰﯾﻮز در اﻧﺴﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻧﺪرت اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.‬
&lt;br&gt;‫&lt;b&gt;ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮی:&lt;/b&gt; ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺷﯿﻮع اﯾﻦ دو ﺑﯿﻤﺎری در اﻗﻠﯿﻢ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﯾﺮان، ﻋﻠﯽ رﻏﻢ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ آب و‬
‫ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، ﺗﻔﺎوت ﭼﻨﺪاﻧﯽ ﻧﺪارد و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺮاﮐﻨﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﻨﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻧﺎﻗﻞ در ﺳﺮﺗﺎﺳﺮ اﯾﺮان، اﻣﯿﺪ آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ‬
‫ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮی ﺑﺮای ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی اﻧﮕﻞ ﻫﺎی ﺑﺎﺑﺰﯾﺎ و ﺗﯿﻠﺮﯾﺎ و ﮐﻨﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻧﺎﻗﻞ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روﺷﻬﺎی ﻧﻮﯾﻦ‬
                                                                         ‫در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻗﻠﯿﻤﯽ اﯾﺮان اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﻮد.‬

	<abstract>
&lt;b&gt;Background and  Objectives:&lt;/b&gt;  Theileriosis  and babesiosis  are  two important  parasitic 
diseases  causing  economic  detriment  in  Iran  and  the  world.  Although,  abundant  and 
scattered investigations up to now were performed on babesiosis and theileriosis and 
their vectors by researcher in Iran but the present situation of these are not clear.  The 
aim  of  this  study  was  to  investigate  publications  has  been  published  regarding  these 
diseases and the vectors in Iran.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Methods:&lt;/b&gt;  This  ,Systematic  Review  ,study was  conducted  using  bibliographic records 
from the different databases  and  citation indexes  restricted to a periodic domain during 
1960-2010  and  Iran  regarding  such  as  Google  Scholar,  Pubmed,  Sciencedirect, 
IranMedex,  ISI,  Magiran,  etc.  Moreover,  available  abstract  books  of  national  and 
international congress were also evaluated.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Results: &lt;/b&gt; The  results  of  published  papers  showed  that  seven  genus  of  hard  ticks  as 
carriers  of  babesia  and  theileria  are  present  in  Iran,  and  the  most  studies  on  the 
distribution of hard ticks has frequently been done in littoral areas of Caspian Sea. The 
majority  of  studies  have  been  focused  on  sheep,  and  subsequently  the  most  common 
species of the parasites were &lt;i&gt;T. lestoqurdi&lt;/i&gt; and &lt;i&gt;B. ovis&lt;/i&gt; and also restricted survey  was 
done on prevalence of human babesiosis in Iran.
&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;Conclusion:&lt;/b&gt;  Our  result  showed  ,despite  the  different  weather  conditions,  there  is  no 
difference between the prevalence of the diseases in different ecological zones of Iran. 
We  suggest that  according  to  the  high  distribution  of  hard  ticks  throughout  Iran,  this 
issue  requires  further  studies  regarding  typing  of  different  species  of  babesia  and 
theileria  parasite  and  their  hard  tick  as  vectors  using  novel  techniques  in  different 
ecological zones of Iran.
