بررسی ارتباط بین CMV، BKV و ویروس JC و سرطان تخمدان در استان فارس، جنوب غربی ایران

<p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span class="sanspYW"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">زمینه و اهداف: </span></strong></span> </span></span></span><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">شواهد در خصوص ارتباط سه ویروس </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">BK (BKV)</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">، ویروس جان کانینگهام (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">JCV</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">) و سیتومگالوویروس (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">CMV</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">) با سرطان تخمدان قطعی نیست. بنابراین، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">BKV</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">JCV</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"> و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">CMV</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"> در بافت های تخمدان طبیعی و خوش خیم، مرزی و بدخیم تخمدان به منظور روشن کردن نقش بالقوه عفونت های ویروسی در سرطان تخمدان می باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span class="sanspYW"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#16a085;">مواد و روش کار: </span></span> </strong></span></span></span><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">در این تحقیق، مطالعه بر روی بافت پارافینه تخمدان ۲۰۵ بیمار و ۴۵ فرد شاهد سالم (سرطان تخمدان نداشتند) انجام شد. در این مطالعه مورد-شاهدی که از ژانویه ۲۰۱۵ تا ژانویه ۲۰۲۰ انجام شد. بلوک های پارافینه به سه زیر گروه بدخیم، مرزی و خوش خیم تقسیم شدند و کلیه ی بلوک های مورد نظر با استفاده از کیت یکتا تجهیز آزما استخراج شده اند. جهت ارزیابی صحت و دقت کیفیت استخراج</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">ژنوم از ژن بتاگلوبین به عنوان کنترل داخلی استفاده می کنیم. در نهایت بوسیله </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">Real-time PCR</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"> به دنبال ردیابی ژنوم های </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">BKV</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">JCV</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"> و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">CMV</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"> در همه نمونه ها بودیم.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span class="sanspYW"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">یافته ها: </span></strong></span> </span></span></span><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">بترتیب میانگین سنی بیماران و گروه کنترل ۱۱/۴</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">±</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">۴۴/۰ و ۱۲/۱</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">±</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">۳۴/۲ سال بود. پس از انجام تست بر روی کلیه نمونه ها، تنها در گروه بدخیم برای ویروس</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">BKV</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">،</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">JCV</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"> و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">CMV</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%"> به ترتیب یک، دو و سه نمونه مثبت ارزیابی شدند. این در حالی بود که این ویروس ها در هیچ یک گروه خوش خیم و مرزی و گروه کنترل شناسایی نشدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span class="sanspYW"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#16a085;">نتیجهگیری: </span></span> </strong></span></span></span><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که ارتباطی بین سه ویروس </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">CMV</span></span><span style="line-height:107%">، </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">BKV</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"> و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">JCV</span></span><span style="line-height:107%"> با سرطان تخمدان وجود ندارد. بنابراین، مطالعات بیشتر و گسترده تر جهت تایید این مطالعه پیشنهاد می شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Background and Aim:</span></strong></span> </span></span><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Evidence linking the BK virus (BKV), John Cunningham virus (JCV), and Cytomegalovirus (CMV) to ovarian cancer is inconclusive. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the association of BKV, JCV, and CMV in malignant, borderline, benign, and normal ovarian tissues to shed light on the potential role of viral infections in the process of ovarian carcinogenesis.</span></span><br>
<span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Materials and Methods:</span></span></strong> </span></span><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Paraffin-embedded ovarian tissues of 205 patients and 45 normal controls were included in this case-control study conducted from January 2015 to January 2020. The patient group was divided into three subgroups: malignant, borderline, and benign. Amplifying the<b> </b>β-globin gene was conducted to confirm the quality of the DNA extracted. Real-time PCR was used to identify BKV, JCV, and CMV genomes in all specimens.</span></span><br>
<span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Results:</span></span></strong> </span></span><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">The mean age of the patients and the control group was 44.0 ± 11.4 and 34.2 ± 12.1 years old, respectively. One, two, and three malignant lesions were positive for the presence of BKV, JCV, and CMV, respectively. These viruses were not detected in any borderline, benign, or control lesions.</span></span><br>
<span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Conclusion:</span></span></strong> </span></span><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">The results of this study indicated no association between CMV, BKV, and JCV with ovarian cancer. Therefore, major studies are recommended to confirm these findings.</span></span></p>
