en طراحی فضای فیزیکی آزمایشگاه پزشکی میکروب شناسی محیطی - صنعتی Environmental Microbiology مقاله مروری Systematic Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">زمینه و اهداف:</span></strong></span><span style="color:black;"> نظام طراحی معماری، فضا و استقرار تأسیسات و تجهیزات در آزمایشگاه‌ پزشکی بر ساختاری چند وجهی استوار است که با در نظر گرفتن آنها می‌توان موجب افزایش بهره‌وری و سود رسانی به همۀ گروه‌های درگیر در این مقوله خواهد شد. مطالعۀ حاضر در پی درک و طرح این ساختار بوده است.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">مواد و روش کار:</span></strong></span><span style="color:black;"> این مطالعۀ توصیفی و تحلیلی با استفاده از مطالعۀ منابع موجود در این زمینه انجام شد. </span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"></span><br> <strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#16a085;">یافته‌ها:</span></span><span style="color:black;"> </span></strong><span style="color:black;">بنابر نتایج این پژوهش برای طراحی یک آزمایشگاه پزشکی باید به نکاتی توجه کرد از قبیل: </span>رعایت جداسازی فضای فیزیکی، مجاورت فضاها در آزمایشگاه، اصل انعطاف‌پذیری در طراحی فضای فیزیکی و قابلیت توسعه و گسترش فضای فیزیکی، طراحی فضا و الزامات در تأمین نیاز‌های حرکتی افراد کم‌توان و ناتوان، طراحی میز کار افراد معلول و سالمند، رعایت حداقل استاندارد فضای کلی، رعایت حداقل استاندارد فضاها و تعداد کارکنان با در نظر گرفتن ایمنی محل کار.<span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"></span><br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">:</span></span> طراحی آزمایشگاه‌های پزشکی با درنظر گرفتن مواردی که در اینمقاله عنوان شد موجب ساخت مکانی می‌شود که نه تنها پاسخگوی نیاز مراجعان بلکه فراهم‌کنندۀ راحتی و ایمنی کارکنان خواهد بود. چنین آزمایشگاهی با افزایش بهره‌وری سودآوری بیشتری خواهد شد که در نهایت موجب سودی همه‌جانبه می‌شود. اما خطا در طراحی و اجرای هر کدام از این موارد می‌تواند موجب خسارات خرد و کلان شود.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="color:black;"></span></span></div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Background & Objective:</span></span> </strong>The system of architectural design, space, and installation of facilities and equipment in the medical laboratory is based on a multifaceted structure, which by considering them can increase productivity and profitability to all groups involved in this category. The present study sought to understand and design this structure.<br> <strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Materials and Methods:</span></span> </strong>This descriptive-analytical research was carried out by studying the literature.<br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Results</span></strong></span>: According to the results of this study, an adequate architectural design for a medical laboratory includes the following points: observing the separation of physical space, proximity of spaces in the laboratory, the principle of flexibility in designing physical space and the ability to develop and expand physical space, space design and requirements for mobility needs of disabled people, designing a desk for the disabled and the elderly, observing the minimum standard of general space, observing the minimum standard of spaces and the number of employees considering their safety.<br> <strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Conclusion:</span></span> </strong>The design of medical laboratories, taking into account the issues mentioned in this article, will lead to the construction of a place that will not only meet the needs of clients but also provide comfort and safety for staff. Such a laboratory will be more profitable by increasing productivity, which will ultimately lead to a comprehensive profit.
