fa بررسی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر افزایش تعداد مبتلایان به ویروس کرونا از دید مردم استان البرز (با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن) (مطالعه موردی استان البرز) ویروس شناسی پزشکی Medical Virology مقاله پژوهشی Original Research Article <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">زمینه و اهداف:</span></strong></span>&nbsp;<span style="background:white;">بررسی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر افزایش ویروس جدید کو</span><span style="background:white;">و</span><span style="background:white;">ید-</span><span style="background:white;">۱۹</span><span style="background:white;">، یک امر ضروری در بقای جهان به شمار می‌رود.</span> <span style="background:white;">هدف این پژوهش رتبه‌بندی عوامل موثر (</span><span style="background:white;">۱۲</span><span style="background:white;"> عامل شناسایی‌شده) </span><span style="background:white;">بر افزایش ویروس کرونا از دید مردم استان البرز، در نیمه دوم سال </span><span style="background:white;">۱۳۹۹</span><span style="background:white;">،</span><span style="background:white;"> در این استان است.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">مواد و روش کار:</span></strong></span>&nbsp;<span style="background:white;">تمرکز پژوهش حاضر بر آزمون فریدمن است. </span>در این پژوهش کاربردی، از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است، که <span style="background:white;">بین </span><span style="background:white;">۴۰۲</span><span style="background:white;"> نفر از افراد به‌طور تصادفی توزیع شده است </span><span style="background:white;">(حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به دست آمد). </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong></span>&nbsp;در پژوهش پیش رو، به سه سؤال بنیادی پاسخ داده شد:<br> ۱) <span style="background:white;">عوامل موثر </span>بر افزایش تعداد مبتلایان به ویروس کرونا <span style="background:white;">در استان البرز کدامند؟ </span>با مطالعه پیشینه پژوهش و <span style="background:white;">اطلاعیه‌های ستاد مرکزی مقابله با کرونا و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای </span>تعداد&quot;۱۲&quot; عامل شناسایی شد (چه بسا عوامل دیگری نیز دخیل باشند<span style="background:white;">)؛<br> ۲) با توجه به عوامل فوق، اولویت اول با کدام عامل است؟؛<br> ۳) چه راهکارهای اساسی برای کاهش تعداد مبتلایان ارائه خواهد شد؟</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">نتیجه گیری:</span></strong></span>&nbsp;<span style="background:white;">بر اساس نتایج، افزایش تعداد مبتلایان به ویروس </span><span style="background:white;">کرونا </span><span style="background:white;">تحت تاثیر </span><span style="background:white;">۱۲</span><span style="background:white;">عامل</span><span style="background:white;"> قرار دارد. </span>از دید مردم استان البرز، درباره اهمیت هر یک از این &quot;۱۲&quot; عامل، مؤثرترین عامل، عدم رعایت بهداشت فردی است<span dir="LTR">.</span> نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به نظارت مستمر، کاهش تعداد مبتلایان به ویروس کرونا، ایجاد و حفظ شرایط بهتر در این استان و سایر نقاط کشور، و حتی سایر کشورها کمک نماید.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Background and Objective:</span></strong></span> In general, examining and prioritizing the factors influencing the increase of the new COVID-19 virus is essential for the survival of the world. The purpose of this study is to rank the effective factors (12 identified factors) on the increase of Coronavirus from the perspective of the people of Alborz province, in the second half of 2020, in this province.<br> <strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Materials and Methods:</span></span> </strong>This study was conducted using the Friedman test. In this applied research, A questionnaire was used, which was randomly distributed among 402 people (sample size using was derived using the Cochran&#39;s formula).<br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Results:</span></strong></span>&nbsp;In the forthcoming research, three fundamental questions were answered:<br> 1) what are the factors influencing the increase in the number of patients with COVID-19 desease in Alborz province? This was done studying the literature and announcements of the Central Headquarters for Corona and library studies and &quot;12&quot; factors were identified, (other factors may also be involved),<br> 2) considering the above factors, which factor is the first priority?<br> 3) what are the basic solutions to reduce the number of patients?&nbsp;<br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#16a085;">Conclusion:</span></strong></span> Based on the results, the increase in the number of people infected with the Corona virus is affected by 12 factors from the perspective of the people of Alborz province. Regarding the importance of each of these &quot;12&quot; factors, the most effective factor, was identified as insufficiency of personal hygiene.
