en پاندمی COVID-19: آنالیز داده‌ها، اثرات و ملاحظات آینده ویروس شناسی پزشکی Medical Virology مقاله مروری Systematic Review <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">کروناویروس جدید ۲۰۱۹ نوع دیگری از کروناویروس‌ های شناخته‌ شده از جمله کروناویروس سارس (<span dir="LTR">SARS-CoV-۱</span>) و کروناویروس مرس <span dir="LTR">MERS-CoV</span> است. سازمان بهداشت جهانی (<span dir="LTR">WHO</span>) نام این ویروس را <span dir="LTR">SARS-CoV-۲</span> و بیماری را به‌طور رسمی کروناویروس ۲۰۱۹ مشخص و نام‌گذاری کرده است(به اختصار <span dir="LTR">COVID-۱۹</span>). اولین مورد ابتلا به <span dir="LTR">COVID-۱۹</span> در دسامبر ۲۰۱۹ و در شهر ووهان چین گزارش شده است. مطالعات اپیدمیولوژیک نشان داده است که این بیماری از حیوان به انسان انتقال می‌یابد و سرعت انتقال بیماری از انسان به انسان به سرعت در حال افزایش است. در حال حاضر مهمترین عوامل در پیشگیری و کنترل شیوع این بیماری تشخیص درست و مناسب، مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و اقدامات کنترلی هستند. با توجه به اینکه تشخیص و درمان به‌موقع بیماری اهمیت زیادی دارد، به‌کارگیری مواد نانومقیاس برای ساخت حسگرها و سیستم دارورسانی می‌تواند کمک به‌سزایی برای محققان محسوب شود. ما در این مقاله به دنبال بیان و توضیح اثرات شیوع این بیماری در سراسر جهان و در نظر گرفتن جنبه‌های مختلف <span dir="LTR">SARS-CoV-۲</span> هستیم.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">The 2019 novel coronavirus is another type of known coronaviruses; SARS-CoV-1 and MERS-CoV. The World Health Organization (WHO) has named the virus SARS-CoV-2 and its disease as coronavirus disease 2019 (abbreviated COVID-19). The first case of COVID-19 was reported in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. The epidemiological studies have shown that the disease is transmitted from animal to human, and the spread of the disease from person to person is rapidly expanding. Currently, the most important factor in preventing and controlling the spread of the disease is proper recognition, health care, and control measures. Given the importance of early detection and timely treatment of the disease, the use of nanoscale materials for the production of sensors and drug delivery system can be of great assistance to the researchers.
