en اسینتوباکتر بومانی: شبکه همکاری علمی پژوهشگران در سه دهه باکتری شناسی پزشکی Medical Bacteriology مقاله پژوهشی Original Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><strong><span style="color:#ffffff;"><span style="background-color:#008080;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span> </strong><em>اسینتوباکتر بومانی</em>، از جمله شایع‌ترین پاتوژن‌های چالش‌برانگیز و مشکل‌آفرین در ایجاد عفونت‌های جدی بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه‌ی سیستم‌های بیمارستانی مدرن در جهان، محسوب می&rlm;‌شود و تهدید جدی برای بهداشت عمومی و سلامت بیماران است. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل شبکۀ همکاری‌های علمی و هم‌استنادی پژوهشگران <em>اسینتوباکتر بومانی</em> در سه دهۀ اخیر است.<br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#008080;">روش:</span> </strong></span>پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل هم&rlm;استنادی انجام شده است. تحلیل هم&rlm;استنادی از تکنیک&rlm;‌های مهم و کاربردی علم‌سنجی است. کلیه مقالات <em>اسینتوباکتر بومانی </em>که در بازۀ زمانی ۱۹۹۰-۲۰۱۹ در پایگاه <span dir="LTR">Web of Science Core Collection </span>&nbsp;نمایه شده&rlm;اند، جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را تشکیل می&rlm;دهد. پس از انجام جستجوی پیشرفته در پایگاه مذکور، ۴۴۷۳ مدرک بازیابی گردید. ۱۸۳۴۳ نویسنده در انتشار مدارک بازیابی شده همکاری داشته&rlm;اند. به‌منظور تحلیل داده&rlm;‌ها از نرم افزارهای <span dir="LTR">Ravar PreMap</span>، <span dir="LTR">NetDraw</span> و <span dir="LTR">UCINET</span> استفاده شد.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#008080;">یافته‌ها</span></strong><span style="background-color:#008080;">:</span></span> روند تولید انتشارات جهانی اسینتوباکتر رشدی صعودی داشته است. &quot;<span dir="LTR">Clinical Infectious Diseases</span>&quot;، برترین مجله و &quot;<span dir="LTR">Seifert, Harald</span>&quot;، اثربخش&rlm;ترین پژوهشگر و &quot;<span dir="LTR">Seifert, Harald * Higgins, Paul G</span>&quot; زوج هم‌استنادی برتر، شناسایی شدند. برترین پژوهشگران قلمرو<em> اسینتوباکتر بومانی</em> به‌ترتیب براساس شاخص مرکزیت رتبه، بینابینی و نزدیکی، &quot;<span dir="LTR">Beceiro, Alejandro</span>&quot;، &quot;<span dir="LTR">HSU Li Yang</span>&quot; و &quot;<span dir="LTR">Seifert, Harald</span>&quot; بودند.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#008080;">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong></span> تحلیل شبکه‌های اجتماعی و چگونگی ارتباطات پژوهش‌ها در قلمرو <em>اسینتوباکتر بومانی</em> می‌تواند دیدگاهی عینی و واقعی را پیش&rlm;روی متخصصان و برنامه&rlm;‌ریزان قلمرو <em>اسینتوباکتر بومانی</em> قرار دهد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">همچنین این امکان را فراهم می‌نماید تا ساختار روابط درونی قلمرو موضوعی فوق به‌صورت عینی قابل بررسی گردد و پژوهشگران این قلمرو با مجلات، دانشمندان و سازمان‌&rlm;های پرتولید و اثربخش آشنا شده و به&rlm;‌منظور همکاری با این افراد و سازمان&rlm;‌ها در آینده برنامه‌&rlm;ریزی نمایند.</span></span> </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"></span></span></div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#008080;">Background and </span></strong><strong><span style="background-color:#008080;">Objective</span></strong><strong><span style="background-color:#008080;">:</span></strong></span><em>&nbsp;Acinetobacter baumannii</em> is one of the most common challenging pathogens in causing serious infections in intensive care units of modern hospital systems around the world and poses a serious threat to public and patient health. This study aims to analyze the network of scientific and empirical collaborations of <em>A. baumanniii</em> researchers in the last three decades.<br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#008080;">Methods:</span></strong></span>&nbsp;The present study was performed using the Co-citation analysis technique. All <em>A. baumannii</em> publications indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection for the period 1990-2019 are the statistical population of the study. After an advanced search, 4473 documents were retrieved. A total of 18343 authors contributed to the publication of the retrieved documents. Ravar PreMap 1.0.0.0, NetDraw, and UCINET 6.528.0.0 software were utilized for data analysis.<br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#008080;">Results:</span></strong></span>&nbsp;Data analysis showed that the global publication of <em>A. baumannii</em> has risen. &quot;Clinical Infectious Diseases,&quot; was the best journal, and &quot;Seifert, Harald,&quot; the most influential researcher, and &quot;Seifert, Harald * Higgins, Paul G,&quot; were identified as the best co-citation pair. Top researchers in <em>A. baumannii</em> were &quot;Beceiro,&quot; &quot;Alejandro,&quot; &quot;HSU Li Yang,&quot; and &quot;Seifert, Harald,&quot; respectively, based on degree, betweenness and closeness centrality indicators.<br> <span style="color:#ffffff;"><strong><span style="background-color:#008080;">Conclusions:</span></strong></span> Analysis of social networks <em>A. baumanniii</em> presents an objective and realistic view to experts and planners. Also, the structure of <em>A. baumannii</em>&#39;s internal relationships and researchers&#39; connections is determined objectively.
