COVID-۱۹ یک بیماری عفونی است که توسط SARS ایجاد می شود. CoV-۲. SARS-CoV-۲ نوعی جدید از </span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">coronavirus </span></span></span><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"> است که قبلاً در انسان مشخص نشده است. تا ۱۸ آوریل ۲۰۲۰ ، ۲۲۷۵۷۸۳ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و ۱۵۶۱۰۴ مرگ و میر در سراسر جهان گزارش شده است. این مقاله مروری بر یافته های دانشمندان تا امروز&nbsp;متمرکز شده است. در این مطالعه از مقالات نمایه شده در Embase ، Elsevier ، PubMed ، Google Scholar و با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی SARS-CoV-۲ ، COVID-۱۹ ، Coronavirus ۲۰۱۹ و nCoV-۲۰۱۹ استفاده شد. سازمان بهداشت جهانی و مراکز کنترل و پیشگیری از بیماریها از معتبرترین وب سایتهای جهان برای به دست آوردن آخرین آمار بیماری COVID-۱۹ استفاده شدند. در جستجوی اولیه، ۵۰۰ مقاله استخراج و ۵۵ مقاله پس از تکثیر و ارزیابی عنوان و چکیده انتخاب شدند. نتایج نشان می دهد که میزان مرگ و میر ویروس در افراد مسن و افراد مبتلا به بیماری‌های زمینهای به طور قابل توجهی بالاتر از افراد سالم است. گروههای پرخطر این بیماری به ترتیب شامل بیماریهای قلبی عروقی، دیابت، بیماری مزمن تنفسی و فشار خون بالا هستند. همه گیری کروناویروس در انسان در مقایسه با coronaviruses قبلی بیشتر است، که نشان دهنده شیوع بسیار بالای ویروس است. تاکنون واکسن یا درمانی برای این ویروس پیدا نشده است، اما درمان های حمایتی و تشخیص زود هنگام در روند درمانی مؤثر هستند و بسیاری از درمان ها در سراسر جهان برای درمان COVID-۱۹ وجود دارد.</span></div> <div style="text-align:justify">On December 31, 2019, pneumonia due to the severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2, formerly known as 2019-nCoV) appeared to Wuhan, China, and COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by SARS. CoV-2. SARS-CoV-2 is a new strain of coronavirus that has not been previously identified in humans. Until April 18, 2020, 2275783 were confirmed and 156104 deaths worldwide reported. This paper presents an overview of the findings that scientists have realized so far. In this study articles indexed in Embase, Elsevier, PubMed, Google Scholar and using keywords SARS-CoV-2, COVID-19, Coronavirus 2019 and nCoV-2019 were used. The World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention used the world&#39;s most reputable websites to obtain the latest COVID-19 disease statistics. In the initial search, 5<span dir="RTL">00</span> articles were extracted and 55 articles were selected after duplication and evaluation of title and abstract. The results show that the mortality rate of the virus in the elderly and people with underlying diseases is significantly higher than in the healthy ones. High-risk groups for the disease include cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and hypertension, respectively. The novel coronavirus pandemic is more widespread in humans compared to previous coronaviruses, which indicates the extremely high prevalence of the virus.
