زمینه و اهداف: کاندیدا یکی از فلورهای قارچ در انسان است که می‌تواند در سطوح مخاطی و پوست کلونیزه شود. عوامل مختلفی در ایجاد بیماری توسط کاندیداها نقش دارند، یکی از مهم‌ترین فاکتورها، هیدرولازهای ترشحی هستند و آنزیم‌های آسپارتیل پروتئیناز به‌عنوان یک عامل بالقوه می‌باشند، ولی ترشح سایر آنزیم‌های هیدرولیتیک مانند فسفولیپازها و لیپازها نیز از عوامل مهم بیماری‌زا می‌باشند. در این تحقیق به بررسی بیان ژن‌های LIP2، LIP3 و LIP5 در کاندیدا آلبیکنس جداشده از بیماران مختلف پرداخته‌شده است.

مواد و روش کار: تعداد 100 سویه کاندیدا آلبیکنس در طی سال‌های 95-1394 به روش مورفولوژی و مولکولی از نمونه‌های بالینی جداسازی و شناسایی شد. پس از استخراج RNA آن‌ها به روش کیت RNX-Plus و سنتز cDNA، بیان ژن‌های LIP2، LIP3 و LIP5 با استفاده از تست RT-PCR بررسی گردید.

یافته‌ها: در 100 نمونه مورد آزمایش ژن LIP2 55%، ژن  LIP341% و ژن  LIP548% بیان شدند. در بین نمونه‌هایی که بیان ژن در آن‌ها مثبت بود، 24 نمونه (33/80%) هر 3 ژن را هم‌زمان بیان کردند.

نتیجه‌گیری: در این مطالعه، درصد فراوانی ژن‌های لیپاز در سویه‌های کاندیدا آلبیکنس متفاوت بود. در 30% موارد ژن لیپاز بیان نگردید و می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که ژن‌های دیگری می‌تواند در بیماری‌زایی نقش داشته باشند.
