مقدمه و هدف: تشخیص COVID-۱۹ گامی مهم در جهت کنترل همه گیری است. برای این منظور ، مجموعه ای از روشهای آزمایشگاهی توسعه داده شده است. این مطالعه کارایی روش ELISA را برای تشخیص IgM/IgG در  COVID-۱۹ مورد بررسی قرار داد.
روش: در این مطالعه مورد-شاهدی ، ۴۶ نمونه خون از بیماران مبتلا به COVID-۱۹ PCR مثبت و ۴۹ نمونه از افراد غیر مبتلا به COVID-۱۹ PCR منفی جمع آوری شد. پس از آن ، وجود IgM و IgG در همه نمونه های خون با استفاده از کیت ELISA Pishtaz Teb ارزیابی شد.
یافته ها:  داده ها نشان داد که از بین ۴۹ فرد PCR منفی ، ۴۰ مورد (۸۱/۶ درصد) IgM منفی و ۹ نفر (۱۹/۱ درصد) IgM مثبت بودند. علاوه بر این ، از ۴۹ فرد PCR منفی ۴۲ (۷/۸۵٪) و ۷ نفر (۳/۱۴٪) به ترتیب IgG منفی و مثبت بودند. در ۴۶ فرد PCR مثبت ، ۴۰ نفر (۸۷٪) IgM منفی و ۶ نفر (۱۳٪) IgM مثبت بودند. از ۴۶ بیمار PCR مثبت ، ۲۴ نفر (۵۲/۲٪) IgG منفی و ۲۲ نفر (۴۷/۸٪) IgG مثبت بودند.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج ما نشان می دهد که تشخیص SARS-CoV-۲  IgM/IgG با استفاده از کیت ELISA پیشتاز طب برای تشخیص کووید کافی نیست ، اما به دلیل در دسترس بودن ، سریع و ارزان بودن می تواند به عنوان تست تکمیلی برای شناسایی RNA ویروسی برای تایید عفونت با SARS-CoV-۲ در کلینیک های مورد تایید و سایر جوامع علمی مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد.
