چالش های تشخیص آزمایشات سرولوژیکی بروسلوز و رویکردهای در دسترس

در حالی‌که بروسلوزیس در کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و پیشرفته تقریباً ریشه‌کن شده است، در کشورهای در حال توسعه از نواحی مدیترانه تا شبه قارۀ هندوستان و کشورهای عربی سبب مشکلات جدی بهداشتی می­شود که این موضوع در بررسی گزارش‌ها بسیار مشاهده می­شود. بیش از صد سال است که روش­های متعدد سرولوژیک در تشخیص این بیماری معرفی و به‌کارگیری شده­اند، اما هیچ یک قادر نبوده­اند تا به‌حال نتایج رضایت­بخشی را فراهم کنند لذا پزشکان پیوسته در موارد مذکور براساس علائم بارز کلینیکی اقدام به درمان بیماران با رژیم­های درمانی گوناگون و بعضاً غیراختصاصی می­کنند که حداقل نتیجۀ آن شکست درمان و عود بروسلوزیس است. در این مطالعه کوشش شده است با بررسی اجمالی عوامل موثر در تشخیص سرولوژیک بیماری، مشکلات کنونی بررسی شده و راهکارهایی برای بهبود وضعیت تشخیصی بروسلوزیس به‌ویژه برای آزمایشگاه­های بومی پیشنهاد شود.
